about me

A 21st century learner, leader and invitational educator who believes everyone is able, valuable and possesses untapped potential for learning.

Bio

I am an international educator with 10 years of experience who previously worked as a French Foreign Language Teacher and Technology Integrator / Digital Literacy Coach in India. I am currently working at the Anglo-American School of Sofia, Bulgaria as the Director of Learning and Curriculum.

I started my international experience as an IB French Language Acquisition teacher in MYP and DP and later taught in the PYP.

I am one of the recipients of the Emerging Leader and the Young Outstanding Educator Awards from the International Society of Technology in Education (ISTE). I wrote a book: “Stretch Yourself: A Personalized Journey to Deepen Your Teaching Practice” with a global collaborator (Caitlin McLemore).

Some of my areas of interest and constant growth are student self-directedness, wellbeing, inclusion, and personalised learning.

Outside work, I have many interests and they all revolve around creativity, arts, making and tinkering.
