We all have dreams. Creating a vision board can help make it visible and tangible to ourselves and others around us. When we have such board in front of us, every day, we remember what’s important and how we might live intentionally to get closer to our goals, aspirations and dreams.
As I realize the importance of slowing down, of being vulnerable and of “just” wanting to be fulfilled, I created a very simple vision board to remind myself these every day.
It inspires me to look at this board. It reminds me that all I want is actually quite simple and reachable. That I can already satisfy myself with the abundance I find around me.
I created my vision board on Canva so I can always go back and “hack it”. I printed it and keep it in my room and office, where I currently spend a lot of my time. If I were teaching in a school, I would probably have one at home and one at school.
Some of the questions I asked myself to create this board:
- What makes me feel fulfilled?
- How do I satisfy my needs for relatedness, competence and autonomy?
- What makes me feel comfortable, fit, healthy and empowered?
- What makes me happy?
- Who inspires me?
- How do I best help others?
- What do I want to learn?

Please share your vision board with me if you create one!
Keep your flame burning, within and beyond.
