Allow yourself to breathe.

I feel you teachers. Things aren’t getting any easier. Your cup is empty. You push through but forget yourself. You don’t believe you can attend to your own wellbeing and you aren’t able to pause, breathe and recover from this highly stressful period.

I am sending you all positive thoughts and hoping that all the challenges that seem unsurmountable right now fade away as fast as possible. In my own way, with my wonderful co-author, I created this meditation for teachers during Covid-19. I hope you take at least these 5 minutes today to breathe and remember that you deserve a break and that you are doing enough.
