This is my first blog post as part of the amazing #IMMOOC on the Innovator’s Mindset Book by George Couros. Excited to learn and share with other educators around the world!
I was at the EdTechTeam Singapore Summit over the week end and learnt and share a lot there. What I am fascinated about these days is Design Thinking or should I say Designing Actions! I see a lot of times that educators are inspired by new ideas, they aspire BUT they stay in “Thinking Mode”, they don’t necessarily take a leap, share their ideas so my aim, as a global and connected educator is to make sure that I always encourage those educators to value themselves, gain back their confidence and DARE greatly!
This is part of having an innovative mindset!
